The staff are very accommodating from check-in to check-out. They're approachable and friendly. Kudos to Mr. Hussein and Mr. Ali; they're both amazing members of staff. We arrived early at the hotel, at 11 a.m. to be exact, but they allowed us to check in early. Although I had given notice that we would arrive early (around noon), we didn't expect to be able to check in even earlier than that.

People, but like literally everyone, are kind and helpful! Rooms are like on photos, nice, clean and comfortable. Comparing to average European 4 star hotels this was MUCH BETTER. And also cheaper than most of european even 3 star hotels. You will not regret to stay there. I dont understand why someone would give less than 10 rating for this place. Obviously this is not a luxury resort, but its price also not luxurious. When you rate this hotel, always keep in mind how much you have paid, and what you got in exchange. For small money, you get OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND COMFORT what is very rare on my opinion!

Very spoacious and beautiful apartment, with all amenities. WiFi was strong, housekeeping was good and I got a room with a beautiful view. The staff were also really nice and helpful. The hotel is in the hotspot of the nightlife, within a walking distance to many clubs, restaurants and cafe. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The location, the staff, the facilities! Everything was perfect! I’m a frequent visitor in this hotel I started booking this hotel since the first day they have opened around 8 years ago in 2016

The reception staff upgraded my room to suite. Such a friendly and good staff, which will make me visit Ramee Rose again. Spacious room, Clean washroom, good car parking etc.,
